We reserve the right to decline a service request if the job falls outside our area of expertise or if site conditions present a safety concern. We will communicate this to you before any work begins.
TV mounting starts at $75 for TVs up to 55 inches. Final pricing depends on TV size, wall type, and any add-ons (such as a tilt or full-motion mount, cable concealment, or soundbar installation).
All prices are confirmed with you at the time of your quote or booking — before any work begins. We do not charge hidden fees or surprise hourly rates. You will always know the full cost upfront.
You may book online via our website or by calling/texting us at (804) 409-3933. Online bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash, check, and common digital payment methods. Specific payment options will be confirmed at time of booking. We do not store payment card information.
If additional work is discovered on-site that was not included in your original quote (for example, unexpected wall conditions), we will inform you and obtain your approval before proceeding.
We understand that plans change. We ask for reasonable advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment — at least 24 hours' notice is appreciated whenever possible.
Repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments. We reserve the right to charge a service fee for last-minute cancellations at our discretion.
If we need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, weather, equipment issues), we will contact you as soon as possible and work to find the earliest available alternative time.
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our booking or quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Hang It Right related to your appointment, booking reminders, and appointment updates.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may decline SMS and still receive our services.

We take care to perform every installation safely and professionally. However, home services inherently carry some risk, and certain conditions — such as concealed wiring, non-standard wall construction, or pre-existing structural issues — may not be visible until work begins.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hang It Right's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
We carry general liability insurance. If damage occurs as a direct result of our negligence, please contact us immediately so we can address it.
We stand behind our work. If something we installed is not level, secure, or is otherwise unsatisfactory due to our workmanship, contact us within 30 days and we will return to make it right at no additional charge.
This warranty does not cover issues caused by customer modifications after installation, product defects in customer-supplied hardware, or normal wear and tear.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
